Intro to Peace Love Wellness

Peace Love Wellness is a New York therapy practice offering relational, trauma-informed online therapy for adults and couples.

We created this practice for people who want more than surface-level support alone: people looking for therapy that is thoughtful, grounded, and capable of holding both what hurts and what is possible.

Why we do this work

Many people come to therapy carrying more than others realize. They may appear capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or caught in patterns that keep repeating.

We believe therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and begin making changes that feel meaningful and lasting. Not through pressure or performance, but through careful attention, honesty, and a relationship that supports growth.

Our work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only about symptom reduction. It is also about greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, more choice, and the possibility of living in a way that feels more connected and more your own.

Who we serve

We work with adults and couples across New York seeking support for anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship strain, self-doubt, life transitions, and patterns that continue to repeat.

Some clients come to us new to therapy. Others have done therapy before and are looking for something deeper, more relational, or more effective than what they have experienced in the past.

A practice built for real life

Because our practice is online, clients can access therapy from anywhere in New York. For many people, this makes care more consistent, more accessible, and easier to integrate into daily life.

Most of our clients use insurance, and we aim to make the process of getting started as clear and straightforward as possible.

More than a directory of clinicians

We are not simply a collection of separate therapists under one name. Peace Love Wellness is a practice shaped by shared values: relational depth, emotional honesty, thoughtful care, and a belief that therapy should feel both human and genuinely useful.
